In line with State mandates and Oregon Health Authority suggested guidelines due the ongoing public health crisis, the following precautionary measures are in place:

• office cleaning using disinfectant,
  
• appropriate physical distancing, and
  
• the provision of disposable face masks for clients, staff, and volunteers during meetings, training, or mediation activities. 

For selected cases, we offer telephone conferencing or video conferencing online through ZOOM.  Please discuss the possibility of these options with the Mediation Administrative Assistant or your mediator during intake.
