After our welcome and introductions, attendees are invited to enjoy continental breakfast. We'll then present information on 'Breaking down conflict' and 'Dispute resolution basics' - both subjects are the basis for mediation services we provide the community. We'll then provide key reminders and updates related to Oregon landlord and tenant law specific to MHP communities with emphasis on park rules and eviction situations. We will include several MHP 'case studies' from real cases we've handled over the past few years, engaging attendees on a variety of conflicts and how they were handled. Finally, we'll lay out three conflict management strategies and provide six tools for ready use by managers, including how to utilize neutral, third-party mediators.
